Getting legs into bed is a problem for many people – the Theraposture Rotating Bed range offers the solution. We often buy back beds form clients who no longer need them. These beds are then refurbished and are made available for sale or rental.

Delivery and installation

Theraposture personally deliver and install your Rotating Bed in any room within your home, including rooms that are upstairs. The delivery is planned carefully with you and a date and time is agreed. Two experienced technicians will carefully build your Rotating in your bedroom and can help to move existing furniture if needed. We also provide a bed disposal service and a 14-day storage before disposal option if needed. Each delivery includes full training and a chance to try the bed whilst we are there, to be sure it is what you need.

Is a mattress included?

Yes, a NEW medium risk pressure relieving RW17 is supplied with all refurbished beds. You can choose a soft, medium, or firm.

How many controllers will I receive?

One handset is supplied. This is attached to the bed on the side that you prefer.

Will you deliver upstairs?

Yes, we do. All Rotating Beds from Theraposture have been designed to be safely and easily delivered anywhere in your home.

Will you take my old bed away?

Yes, we will for a small charge. We can even store your bed for 14 days should you need to return your Refurbished Rotating Bed.

How long is the warranty?

Our warranty is fully inclusive covering all parts, labour, and call-out for 1 year. This can be extended to 3 years, and annual servicing is also available.

What if I change my mind?

Up to and including the day of your delivery, you can choose to cancel your order or decide not to keep your Rotating Bed and there if no cost to you. Following this we have a returns policy allowing the bed to be returned within the first 14 days for £1,500.

Combined delivery and assessment (CDA)

No deposit is needed. We will bring a refurbished bed to your home for you to try. As part of the process, we configure the bed to your personal settings and preferences, and we help assess its suitability for you. If it is looking like a good solution and you decide to keep it, you can pay for the bed and take ownership or start the rental.

If the assessment concludes that it isn’t suited to you, then we take it out, put everything back as it was – there is nothing to refund and no cost to you at all. This is a one stage process and will typically take about 2 weeks. We are effectively combining the assessment with the installation, so two processes all done during one visit, which allows us not to charge any delivery cost. This is risk free and the best way to try a Rotating Bed.

The process is important and free of charge with no obligation. Assessments can also be combined with a delivery so effectively we can leave the actual bed with you on the day of the assessment. A fully refundable £1500 deposit is needed if this option is chosen.
