The Rotoflex 300 is the most capable Rotating Bed available in the UK. Safe transfers for larger clients is full of risk and complications. The Rotoflex 300 will help larger users to get into, and out of bed independently, or with much less assistance.

Book an Assessment

When your bed is ready, you will receive a video walk around to show you your new bed. This allows you to check everything before it is delivered.

Customise your bed

Rotoflex 300 Bespoke beds can be dressed to make them look at home in your home. There is a choice of beech veneer, solid oak or a divan base using upholstery. You can also choose a 100cm (3’3”) or (4’) wide bed with a 220cm long mattress.

Each bed is individually specified and detailed for each client.

Headboards

Headboards and footboards are optional. Headboards are fitted to the wall by Therpaposture for separable beds.

Mattresses

Theraposture offer a wide selection of specialist mattresses for the Rotoflex Bed range.

RW14 – A castellated reflex foam mattress suitable for low risk users with Waterlow scoring up to 14. Supplied with a wipe down cover as standard.

RW17 – Triple layer memory foam mattress suitable for medium risk users with Waterlow scoring up to 17, available in soft, medium and firm. Supplied with a wipe down cover as standard. Standard on all new and refurbished Rotoflex beds.

RW24 – Triple layer fibre filled memory foam mattress suitable for high risk users with Waterlow scoring up to 24. Supplied with a wipe down cover as standard.

RO-HO – Dry flotation. This Neoprene mattress is a zoned, advanced pressure-relieving surface that is ideal for users requiring very high levels of protection against pressure-related issues – up to grade 4 (very high risk). This mattress can be used on the foot section providing an entire RoHo surface. It is interchangeable with lower-risk options without the need for the bed to be modified. Because it is zoned, it works very well when the bed is rotated and the majority of the user’s weight is supported by the seat area, as the air cannot move to other areas of the mattress. For those requiring a very high level of pressure redistribution, the Rotoflex is also available with a range of specialist pressure care mattresses.

Delivery and installation

Theraposture personally deliver and install your Rotoflex Bed in any room within your home, including rooms that are upstairs. The delivery is planned carefully with you and a date and time is agreed. Two experienced technicians will carefully build the Rotoflex in your bedroom and can help to move existing furniture if needed. We also provide a bed disposal service and a 14-day storage before disposal option if needed. Each delivery includes full training and a chance to try the bed whilst we are there, to be sure it is what you need.

Is a mattress included?

Yes, a medium risk pressure relieving RW17HD available in a firm.

How many controllers will I receive?

One handset is supplied. This is attached to the bed on the side that you prefer.

Will you deliver upstairs?

Yes, we do. The Rotoflex 300 is designed to be safely and easily delivered anywhere in your home.

Will you take my old bed away?

Yes, we will for a small charge. We can even store your bed for 14 days should you need to return your Rotoflex 300.

How long is the warranty?

Our warranty is fully inclusive covering all parts, labour, and call-out for 3 years. This can be extended to 5 years, and annual servicing is also available.

What if I change my mind?

Up to and including the day of your delivery, you can choose to cancel your order or decide not to keep your Rotoflex 300 and there if no cost to you. Following this we have a returns policy allowing the bed to be returned within the first 14 days for £1,500.

Rotoflex beds purchased from NEW

Rotoflex beds qualify for a guaranteed buy back if the client has either paid the full retail price for their bed or if they have MS or Parkinsons and have benefited from the 10% discount taken from the full retail price.

If sold at a qualifying price:

1 to 6 months old: £2,000 with free collection
7 to 12 months old: £1,500 with free collection
13 to 24 months old: £1,250 with free collection
25 months to 36 months old – no buy back but a free of charge collection
37 months to 60 months chargeable collection and disposal at the prevailing rate

Up to 3 years following the date of the sale:

We will offer free of charge collection and responsible disposal
For beds that are older, there will be a chargeable collection and responsible disposal at the prevailing rate.

Risk free, and very efficient

Combined delivery and assessment (CDA)

No deposit is needed. We will bring a new Rotating Bed to your home for you to try. As part of the process, we configure the bed to your personal settings and preferences, and we help assess its suitability for you. If it is looking like a good solution and you decide to keep it, you can pay for the bed and take ownership or start the rental.

If the assessment concludes that it isn’t suited to you, then we take it out, put everything back as it was – there is nothing to refund and no cost to you at all. This is a one stage process and will typically take about 2 weeks. We are effectively combining the assessment with the installation, so two processes all done during one visit, which allows us not to charge any delivery cost. This is risk free and the best way to try a Rotating Bed.
