Delivery and installation

Theraposture personally deliver and install your ES-Cot IDA Bed in any room within your home, including rooms that are upstairs. The delivery is planned carefully with the family and the Therapist if applicable, and a date and time is agreed. Two experienced technicians will carefully build your ES-Cot IDA Bed in your room of choice and can help to move existing furniture if needed. Each delivery includes full training and a safety information handover, with a full product demonstration.

Is padding included?

Yes, the ES-Cot IDA has full hight wipeable vinyl padding vinyl, in one standard colour only – Sisal. The padding is bolted to the wooden structure and has clear soft Macrolon windows included. For beds with opening on one side (4 doors) there are two windows and for beds with opening both sides (8 doors), there are 4 windows.

Is a mattress included?

Yes, the ES-Cot IDA is supplied with a W14 foam mattress, with a wipe-down cover.

What if I need feed tube holes?

It is not possible to have feed tube holes on this standard, ready to go ES-Cot IDA bed. If they are needed, we would encourage you to look at the Mascot.

Is the ES-Cot IDA a safe bed?

Yes, it is. All cot beds supplied by Theraposture are independently tested to ensure full compliance with BSEN 50637:2017 and BSEN 60601-2-52. They are also supplied with a unique self-locking hand control – the safest cot bed hand control available.

How long is the warranty?

The ES-Cot IDA comes with a 3 year fully inclusive warranty.
