How it works

Our guarantee buy back prices are based on the sale of new beds from Theraposture, sold at the full RRP price. If we agree to buy back your Rotating Bed, the collection is free of charge.

Orbit beds purchased from new

Orbit beds qualify for a guaranteed buy back if the client has either paid the full retail price for their bed or if they have MS or Parkinsons and have benefitted from the 10% discount taken from the full retail price.

If sold at a qualifying price:

• 1 to 6 months old: £3,000 with free collection
• 7 to 12 months old: £2,000 with free collection
• 13 to 24 months old: £1,500 with free collection
• 25 to 36 months old: £1,000 with free collection

Any special offer prices or promotions with a sales price that is effectively less than the above will not be considered as a normal qualifying buy back sale. Where a special offer price was applied at time of purchase for a MS or Parkinsons client, we will reduce the value of the buy back by the amount of additional discount given.

Rotoflex beds purchased from new

Rotoflex beds qualify for a guaranteed buy back if the client has either paid the full retail price for their bed or if they have MS or Parkinsons and have benefited from the 10% discount taken from the full retail price.

If sold at a qualifying price:

• 1 to 6 months old: £2,000 with free collection
• 7 to 12 months old: £1,500 with free collection
• 13 to 24 months old: £1,250 with free collection
• 25 months to 36 months old – no buy back but a free of charge collection
• 37 months to 60 months chargeable collection and disposal at the prevailing rate

Terms and conditions

Beds must be the property of the person selling them and must have been purchased by the owner from Theraposture. They must be fully operational and complete and must be in good condition. If the bed is not in good condition, is damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to not buy the bed back or to reduce the buyback value.
